Admissions Requirements by Student Type
First-Time in College Students
Students who are new to college, including those who previously took dual credit courses.
- Complete your online ApplyTexas application.
- Apply for Financial Aid.
- Submit official high school transcript, notarized home school transcript, or GED certificate.
- Submit TSI scores or proof of exemption.
- Submit Bacterial Meningitis Immunization record.
Dual Credit Students
Students who are currently attending a public high school:
- Complete your online ApplyTexas application.
- Submit official high school transcript.
- Submit TSI scores - TSI Release Form.
- Submit Bacterial Meningitis Immunization record.
- Pay for courses.
- Purchase text books.
- Submit orientation.
Transfer Students
Students who previously attended another institution but now wish to attend CBC.
- Complete your online ApplyTexas application.
- Submit official transcripts from any college(s) attended.
- Submit TSI scores or proof of exemption.
- Submit Bacterial Meningitis Immunization record.
Transient Students
Students who are enrolled at another institution but would like to take classes at CBC for a single semester and then return to their home institution.
Readmission Students
If you previously attended CBC, but have not attended in the last year, you must apply for readmission.
- Complete your online ApplyTexas application.
- Submit official transcripts from any college(s) attended, if applicable.
International
Students who are not U. S. citizens or eligible non-citizens.
