Financial Aid refunds disbursement dates vary by term. In order to ensure funds are received as quickly as possible please visit CoastalBendCougarCard.com and select a refund preference using the access code included in the green envelope mailed to the address on file with the Admissions Office. Students who have misplaced their access code may call the Business Office at 361-354-2220/2213 to request a new code.

Tuition and Fees 2023-2024

Students can pay for tuition, fees or any other outstanding balances in one of three ways:

1. Logging in the Cougar Den at https://portal.ec.coastalbend.edu

2. In person at any of our four campus sites.

3. Calling any of the four campus sites.

Installment Plans are $25 plan enrollment fee plus down payment and must be set up by logging into the Cougar Den. See Terms here:
