We're happy that you've decided to begin your college career with Coastal Bend College. The CBC Dual Credit Program is a great opportunity for high school students to take a college class and have it count for both high school and college credit. It's also a great way to save money on college tuition costs!

Typical courses taken for dual credit include; English, Government, Economics, History, Speech, Biology, Mathematics, Spanish, Psychology, Sociology, Automotive Technology, Welding, Certified Nurse Aid, Early Childhood Development, Criminal Justice, Business Technology, Drafting, Machining, Computer Information Technology, General Aviation Technology, and Cosmetology. These courses are not available at all campuses and are subject to change.
