Biography 

A native of South Texas, Mr. Jaimes earned a BA in English from Texas A&I University in 1992.  After years of what future historians will describe as the "Travis County Experience," Mr. Jaimes returned to South Texas and earned an MA in English from Texas A&M University -- Kingsville in 2006.    

A full-time faculty member of Coastal Bend College since 2006, Mr. Jaimes has reached the level of Associate Professor.  Mr. Jaimes currently teaches English 1301 and English 1302 for Coastal Bend College at the Kingsville site.  When the demand is there, Mr. Jaimes is known to provide instruction of Sophomore-level literature classes as well.       

Mr. Jaimes is constantly confounded with trying to find the bridge.
