    New Hires

      

    Once an applicant has accepted the position, they will need to complete the Onboarding process through the College’s HRIS System.  The onboarding process should be completed before the first day of work.  Forms can either be filled out electronically or printed and uploaded back to the onboarding page.  The onboarding page will keep track of all documents submitted.

    The new employee will receive an email with their employee ID number and CBC email address in a welcome letter.

    The new employee will also receive an email with information on how to login for required computer training through SafeColleges (Vector Solutions).  Upon completion of the required training courses, please print the certificates of completion, sign them, and return them to the Human Resources Office.

    What to bring on your first day of work.

    You will need to bring documents to complete your I-9.  The acceptable documents are listed on page 3 of the I-9 form.

    New Full-time employees must complete the new Hire training as assigned.  These training classes are scheduled on Fridays.
