The mission of the TVC has been to advocate for and provide superior service to vetrans that will significantly improve the quality of life for all Texas vetrans, their families and surviviors. Services provided include: claims department, employment services, education services, outreach, entrepreneur program, healthcare advocacy, mental health program, women veterans program, and fund for veterans' assistance.
