X. INTERIM MEASURES AND PROTECTIVE MEASURES

Coastal Bend College may pose interim actions or protective measures at any point during an investigation. These actions are designed to eliminate the harassment and prevent its recurrence. Actions available include, but are not limited to, no contact orders, change in class schedules, other academic accommodations, a change in work assignments or locations, interim removal from campus property, and/or emotional support. Once a complaint of sexual harassment is alleged, the college may place No Contact Order on one party or both.
