Mission Statement

Coastal Bend College Physical Plant & Facilities supports the core educational mission of the College by maintaining a safe, secure and functional campus environment. Provide exceptional services and learning spaces for campus life and activity outside the classroom setting. Physical Plant & Facility operations is responsible for the safety, preservation, maintenance and improvement of Coastal Bend College facilities.

Physical Plant & Facility Services:

Custodial Services: Responsible for enhancing and maintaining all academic, administrative, and other buildings assigned to provide clean, safe, and sanitary conditions.

Grounds Services: Responsible for maintaining grounds and landscaping operations to consistently provide safe, clean, sustainable and an attractive landscaped environment for the College community.

Maintenance Services: Responsible for providing skillful facility maintenance, repair, and construction services to provide the best possible environment in support of the College learning community.
