At Coastal Bend College we want to support your educational dreams and career goals. The information provided on the online orientation is designed to help you become a successful student. By completing the online orientation we know that you are serious about your education and meeting some important goals in your life. There is much more information you need to know and we encourage you to become familiar with the college catalog, semester class schedule, and student handbook. These documents provide important information on becoming a better student, understanding the programs of study (your degree plan), available support services, academic policies, and expected student conduct.
Our goal is to provide you with beneficial information to enable you to make informed and educated decisions. We welcome any questions you may have. We look forward to helping you by serving your educational needs.

Fall 2013 all new students are required
to attend orientation! Cougar Day is offered in the spring/summer at each CBC location. The Face-to-Face Workshop Orientation schedule for each location is listed at the bottom of this page. If you are unable to attend Cougar Day or a Face-to-Face Orientation Workshops, you may complete the 3 part Online Student Orientation.
Please complete the required Mandatory Orientation Pre-Assessment before you view the Orientation power point presentation!
