Commencement Guest Seating

Doors will open one (1) hour prior to the ceremony.  Doors will be locked 15 minutes prior to ceremony, unless capacity is reached before that timeframe.  This will be determined by Coastal Bend College's Director of Public Safety.  Once the doors have been locked, no more persons will be allowed to enter.  No seat saving will be allowed.  Coastal Bend College will provide two (2) additional areas where family and friends will be able to watch the ceremony via live stream.  This will be in the Gertrude Russell Jones Auditorium and the James R. Dougherty Student Union Building.
