Enter your initials in the first eight (8) appropriate fields to confirm that you understand the implications of remote
proctoring as described below, then complete the form and submit. This must be done before your exam may be remotely proctored:

The test session is recorded
and stored in the CBC cloud

You will have to give remote
access control to your proctor to validate the test and save your scores

There are no breaks during the
remote proctoring test session

The tester cannot talk with
anyone during the test, but they can chat with the proctor in the session
chat if help is needed

No background blurring is
allowed

The tester must abide by the
CBC Academic Honesty Code - Refer to the Student Handbook for Academic
and Disciplinary Policies.

The screen share must be
desktop view – the proctor will explain.
A Desktop computer or laptop computer must be used
(tablets, Chromebooks, and cell phones do not meet our
requirements)

TRIO includes eight programs targeted to serve and assist low-income individuals, first-generation college students, and individuals with disabilities to progress through the academic pipeline from middle school to postbaccalaureate programs. Coastal Bend College has the following TRIO programs available: Talent Search (Alice & Beeville campus), Upward Bound (Beeville, Skidmore, Mathis and Pettus) & Upward Bound - Rural (George West, Odem and Sinton).
Only select one of the programs if you've submitted an application to the TRIO program and have been approved.
A copy of this form will then be sent to your TRIO Program's
