Testing Department - END OF SHIFT - Time Clock for part-time employees

Please complete this form when you are finished with your work shift.  This data will be able to show administrators why we need a person for your position.

5.  Enter the time your are ending work - fill this out - right before you are ready to end your shift:   

6.  At the end of your shift, write out the duties that you performed during this shift.  Example:  Proctored exams, updated reports, scanned contracts, dusted computers, cleaned mice and mouse pads, filled printers with paper, filled staplers, emptied pencil sharpeners, etc....
