Coastal Bend College – Testing Department - TSIA2 Remote Voucher Request Form 

Step 1:  You will need to find a test center close to you who is willing to administer the TSIA2 exam using a Remote TSIA2 Voucher.
 

Step 2:  You’ll need to get the full-name of the institution along with location – example:  HCC-CE-Central.  Realize that the institution where you will be testing will charge a fee to proctor the exam. 

Plus you will need to pay Coastal Bend College the TSIA2 testing fee and complete the TSIA2- The TSI Pre-Assessment Activity  before a Remote TSIA2 Voucher can be processed for you.   

Step 3:  Call the Coastal Bend College Testing Center in Beeville – 361-354-2334  to pay for your TSI fee and get your receipt#.  You will then go to the following website and complete the TSIA2 - The TSI Pre-Assessment Activity . The TSIA2 Math exam fee is $10.00 and the TSIA2 English Language Arts and Reading exam fee is $20.00 -  which you will pay with your credit or debit card over the phone.
