Join Coastal Bend College, Beeville Main Street, and the Beeville Police Department in spreading gratitude this holiday season. Your contribution helps ensure every family in Bee County can celebrate Thanksgiving with a warm meal and a sense of community.
The Thanksgiving Turkey Drive will take place on Monday, November 24th, at Coastal Bend College. Pick-up times will be announced once donation totals are confirmed. Local partners, businesses, and individuals are invited to participate at one of the following sponsorship levels.

Campaign and Participation Guidelines
Coastal Bend College is a nonpartisan public institution, and campaigning on campus grounds is not permitted. Individuals running for public office are welcome to participate as private citizens or donors, but campaign materials, signage, or promotional activity will not be allowed at the event site.
Photography and Privacy
This event will be conducted as a drive-thru distribution to ensure privacy for all participants. Out of respect for the families we serve, individual photos of recipients will not be taken.
Volunteer and sponsor group photos are welcome and will be taken in a designated area away from the distribution line.
Donation Deadlines
Sponsorship and donation deadlines are dependent on our local grocers’ ordering timelines. Please check back for updated information as details are confirmed with H-E-B and Walmart.
