• Cougar Day Registration is open for 2016. It is CBC's New Student Orientation. All new students are invited and strongly encouraged to attend this event. Attending an Orientation is Mandatory, but you may choose to attend Cougar Day, take the Online Orientation or attend the Orientation workshop held during the second week of the fall or spring semester. Cougar Day is held each spring before the new Fall semester begins at all four CBC locations (Beeville, Alice, Kingsville, and Pleasanton). Events include opportunities to:

  • Meet the CBC President, Faculty, Staff, and current CBC Students!

         · Find out what to expect on your first day of class  

         · Get advice and tips from our CBC Faculty and staff to help you succeed!  

         · Meet other freshmen and participate in Fun Activities!

         · Free lunch and campus tour

         · Free CBC t-shirt, flash drive, and other goodies 

         · Free Prizes to some lucky attendees include:  several CBC Book Scholarships,  one Samsung Galaxy 4 Tablet, haircuts, teeth cleaning, lunches....

     Learn about available resources on campus and online such as: 

         · Campus Connect, Student Email and Black Board,

         · Student Success Center and Library 

         · Counseling and Advising

         · CBC Events & Workshops  

         · Intramural Sports & Athletics  

         · Free Tutoring

           · Cougar Card and more!
