I am honored to serve as the Dean of Student Services and Accessibility, overseeing a dedicated team that provides a range of services to support our students on their academic journey. From the CARE Team, which focuses on student intervention and support, to addressing conduct issues, ensuring accessibility, handling student complaints, and providing veteran support, our team is here to assist you every step of the way.
As the 504 Coordinator, I am committed to preventing discrimination against students based on a disability and ensuring that our college complies with all procedures and safeguards required under Section 504/ADA. Accessibility is a top priority, and we strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all students.
Additionally, I serve as the liaison officer for current or incoming students who are the parent or guardian of a child younger than 18 years of age, in accordance with HB 1361. My role is to provide these students with information regarding the support services and resources available to them at Coastal Bend College.
