Enrollment Certification
All enrollment certifications (FormsVA 22-1999)
are transmitted to the VA Regional Office via internet electronic transmittal
(Enrollment Manager).
Enrollment Verification
Chapter 30 and Chapter 1606 students must verify
their enrollment at the end of each month by Web Automated Verification of Enrollment
(WAVE) or by Interactive Voice Response (IVR).

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY
OF THE STUDENT RECEIVING VA BENEFITS TO NOTIFY THE VA COORDINATOR IMMEDIATELY
IF THERE ARE ANY CHANGES IN HIS/HER ENROLLMENT. We will then notify the VA immediately to avoid delays on increases or
an overpayment.

Pay
Coastal Bend College does not participate in
the VA Advance Payment.
Direct Deposit
To begin or change direct deposit information, call
1-877-838-2778.
Address Changes
Students must keep their address current with VA. To change your address with VA call
1-888-442-4551, press 1 and then 0 when recording starts to bypass the phone
server and connect with Muskogee.
Vocational Rehabilitation Program – (Chapter 31)
Students must have a service connected
disability to qualify. Contact the
nearest VA Vocational Rehabilitation office at (361) 854-7731 to speak to a representative regarding eligibility.
