- The meeting was called to order by Johnson at 11:20 p.m. Present were Atkins, Exstrom, Cude, Fletcher, and Johnson. The minutes were reviewed and no changes were recommended.
- Items from last meeting including Dr. Goldstein’s SACS Advisory visit and Fletcher’s data report were reviewed.
- It was determined that the members would research Student Success Course Structures from other colleges and post them for viewing in Black Board. Each member should try to find at least two colleges.
- A PowerPoint presentation of the progress of the QEP will be made at convocation.
- A timeline was established for the QEP:
9/15- Committee meets to compare other courses
9/17-Twila is member of SACS Reaffirmation Team at a Community College in North Carolina
10/26/30-QEP Possibility Format to present options for Success Course Structure completed
11/30-Preparations as requested by Dr. Goldstein for his visit completed
1/29-Dr. Goldstein visits campus
