Biography
Ronika
Williams was born and raised in Kingsville, Texas. After graduating from
high school she attended Texas Tech University for two years but ultimately
earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from A&M Kingsville majoring in
Biology. She then moved to Cleveland Ohio and attended Case Western
Reserve University earning a second Master’s degree in Pharmacology.
Ronika
Williams has taught various science courses over the years including Science
for Education Majors, Introduction to Zoology (BIOL 1413), Introduction to
Anatomy and Physiology (BIOL 2304), General Biology (BIOL1308 & 1108)
Fundamentals of Nutrition (BIOL 1322), Microbiology (BIOL2320 & 2120) and
Human Anatomy and Physiology Part 1(BIOL 2301 & 2101) and Part 2 (BIOL 2302
& 2102). For the first 11 years teaching at CBC, she had the pleasure
of teaching at the CBC-Beeville site. In
the last year, she has had the pleasure of teaching at the CBC-Alice
site. She has always had bright and curious students who have made her
job a joy.
In her spare time, Ronika
loves hanging out with her cats (Mischief, and Mayhem watching movies and
reading books. She draws, paints, crochets, and loves all kinds of music
from classical to heavy metal. You can find her on the Alice site in her
office room 213.
